Rock and Roll

The past week has been pretty perfect as far as workouts have been concerned. I'm hitting my targets with (very little) time to spare and feeling good while doing it. If you don't follow my workout log on Twitter, you might want to check it out - the numbers I'm posting are fairly aggressive! On top of that, my past few runs have felt incredibly smooth, and my form in the pool is coming back after missing those weeks due to illness and injury.

This weekend was the climax of a crash cycle that ends on Thursday. My sister's coming to visit, so I'm going to give myself a few rest days before my final two pre-race weeks. The triathlon is now less than a month away. I am psyched.
